Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the service during its early-access period.
Effective August 3, 2026
Using the service
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping access to your identity and connected services secure.
Your data and connected services
You retain ownership of the content and data you connect or configure. You grant the service only the permission needed to retrieve, process, store, and display that information for the features you request. You are responsible for having the right to connect each source and share each board.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, access data without authorization, distribute malware, evade provider limits, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to extract another workspace's data or bypass authentication and authorization controls.
Early access
Features, integrations, availability, and limits may change as the product develops. We may suspend an integration or feature when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Third-party providers
Connected providers remain independent services. Their availability, APIs, permissions, limits, and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every provider you connect.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during early access. Briefs and metrics may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by provider data. Do not rely on the service as the sole source for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages is excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the service, disconnect providers, or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when these terms are materially violated or when necessary to protect the service.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. A dedicated legal contact and governing-law notice will be added with the final production identity before general availability.
